Sorry, I posted the first one in the wrong section. It’s the same content as this.
I just want to say the Hot Start Challenger 650 is fantastic. The systems depth, persistence, ground ops, and all the small details really show the work that went into it.
But sometimes the ground prep gets in the way of just flying. You’ve got the FBO/dispatch side, the walkaround, pulling covers, setting up ground services, and then a long list of preflight items before you even move. I like that it’s there. I really do. It’s part of what makes the plane feel real. But I don’t always have the time—or the patience—to spend that long getting ready, especially if I only want to do a short flight.
So I’d like to suggest an optional “Quick Flight” mode. Nothing that removes the full experience for people who want it. Just a way to load into a reasonable state—maybe ready for taxi, or ready for takeoff—so you can get flying without skipping things manually one by one. Could be a menu option, a load preset, whatever works best.
For those who want the full cold-and-dark routine, they’d still have it. For the rest of us, it’d just be a nice shortcut when real life gets in the way.
Thanks for considering it. The add-on is already great; this would just make it easier to enjoy when time is short.
