    Best of luck, I've been locked out of my account and can't redownload any of my purchases. Terrible customer service. It's been literally a year and not a single person has replied to any ticket I submitted. I highly doubt anyone will ever respond to you. They legit don't care about their customer base, I recommend purchasing elsewhere.

    I've tried using the Zendesk help system for 9 months now, I'm being asked for 2FA sent to an e-mail I don't have anymore. No one will actually respond on support and I'm just beyond frustrated. Is there anyone that can help me with my $140 product? Or did I just lose access to my license forever.
