Is this correct to have free caster nose will behaves? I assumed that the rudder was useless until you got to an effective air speed.

I have also found that the brakes and rudder axis need some "massaging" in this plane. I've never flown a diamond IRL but compared to a Cherokee the Torque and P-factor are way too much. Added to this the brakes are too grabby and if you move the rudder 1cm the plane yaws like crazy. This makes taxiing and take off roll with default settings difficult.

Having the same issue with persistence. It seems to just load the default config every time.

Greetings, just purchased and got set up with my new DA40. Still getting used to the flight characteristics as I'm coming from a much twitchier plane. But all is going well and I think I'll get in with this plane quite nicely. Anywho, just one little quirk, when using the switches on my alpha and Bravo the switches do not make any sound as the do when clicked. The key does though. Edit: This only effects the Alpha, The bravo switches make noise even when nothing is mapped.
