Sorry, I had no intention of discrediting X-Aviation, simply trying to solve a problem. I'm excited to have access to the G500 and can't wait to give it a go. There are a number of read only files in the G500 folder. I'm not sure what this means. I'm wondering if uninstalling the download would help.

I just bought the G500 equipped 172 from X-Aviation for X Plane 11 and cannot get it activated. The 172 loads, then asks for my login and password, pauses and acts like it's authorizing but the authorization screen reappears and I'm in and endless loop. I've emailed X-Aviation support and have not received a reply. A small box appears on the screen saying "X-Aviation Licensing, Your License was updated". Help! My airplane has a G500 and I want to practice flying IFR in my SIM. Any ideas?? Thanks
