Yes real weather. Want to test a few other places that encounter bodies of water as I just took off from 2W5(Maryland) no issues, but once I chugged down near the Potomac River got a freeze, not as bad as KORF. Update. Just disabled real weather and just set weather uniformly and no freezes, not even off KORF RWY 5 with 3 test flights. Just did a playback of one of my flights that froze and in playback mode it freezes at the same spot and the counter halts and skips ahead.

Well from KORF to KNGU. Tried it on Medium, Low, and None for the water. Taking off KORF RWY 5 always freezes near the end of the runway and once airborne more freezes flying down the beach toward KNGU. Dropping the water did yield about 10 more FPS. Just flew KORF RWY5 four times and each time toward the end of the runway it freezes and the clouds seem to refresh.

Windows 64 1920x1080, 670M 3GB. I tested with Carenado Bonanza, LES DC-3, Carenado C90, Flight models per frame is 2. Correct it freezes and I can see where the clouds seem to do a refresh. This is weird, I get freezes while doing circuits at KORF. Multiple freezes near the Atlantic Ocean. Tested it for about half an hour. Did the same thing at KILM, not one freeze. Not sure why I didn't see a big boost like the others, I wish I would have payed more attention ver 1.0, now my fps seems to be locked at 20 with Skymaxx running.

I followed your advice on AVSIM and did the manual uninstall of all the directories and reinstalled. I get pauses that last 5+ seconds every minute or so once airborne moving. My Skymaxx sliders are default and I even took them further down. I'm using XPX's default weather as I deleted NOAA to see if it was the cause, but it didn't clear the problem. I had a few micro pauses before with Skymaxx, but now it's more pronounced. i7 3.2Ghz /GTX670M

I have to chime in also with the weather pauses, 1.1 seems to have made it worse for me.

Ok, just wanted to verify I wasn't alone as this is the first time in along time my FPS tanks and it's only with the SAAB and there is a sound pop from the engines in the VC. Looking forward to the update, love the plane though.

Hi all, just picked up the DC3 during the sale and I can't adjust the barometer either, nor can I adjust the gauge backlighting and the radios won't turn. or am I missing something? If it makes any difference the SAAB works perfect.

Remember Download the Installer off the web, read yesterday one guy got all the way to disk 7 and it error'd out on him.

I bought it the other day, only my second X-plane payware plane. Was on the fence about it as I'm not a XP'r and had never heard of it. All the reviews said it was probably best X-plane has to offer so I took the plunge and since I had my GA fix with Carenado's F33, I wanted to step up my travel routes.
