I'll feel foolish if this is an easy answer, but I can't find the TOGA (takeoff go around) button in the SR22. I've swung the view all the way around to look for it on the far side of the throttle, but it's not there. Is there a way to push the TOGA button in the sim? Thanks!

Perhaps I'm missing something, but there are many missing waypoints in the SR22. I fly around KAPA and can't seem to run some normal departure procedures and find some waypoints around this area. Is there an update or something else I should be doing to load/find more waypoints? Thanks!
