  1. Hi Guys, I'd like to get back into flying this nice aircraft however I've noticed a mismatch between the weights for the 737-300.. I have setup an IXEG 737 SimBrief profile for this which is detailed below: However, I've noticed that the OEW is slightly different in X-Plane than what I've got in SimBrief. I've also selected the normal 737-300 profile within SimBrief and it's also different too: Added to this, using the in-sim weight and fuel load settings, there's also a difference here: 46.2 + 5.3 = 51.5, not 50.2 as the window suggests.. I was trying to match these SimBrief weights: Some Guidance would be really appreciated if you may. Apologies if I'm missing something massively obvious here. Many thanks. Tristan
  2. I don't believe this is the case as I'm using reverse thrust..
  3. Thanks Jan for a detailed response. This makes sense and I have armed the lever before landing, however on touchdown the spoilers get deployed and then get stowed. This happens repeatedly during the landing roll.. Could this be a lever issue? I'll try and do a video showing this. Regards,
  4. Hi Guys, Quick question.. What is the correct procedure for the spoilers on landing. I notice that when deploying the reverse, spoilers are extended as well. I have armed my speedbrakes and keep getting the 'spoilers extending' sound on the landing roll out. Should I be arming the spoilers or just leave them and let them deploy when using reverse? I've noticed that when I arm the spoilers for landing and then touch down, the spoilers deploy and then get retracted, then deploy repeatedly, hence the sound effect I'm getting above. If you could please let me know the correct procedure that would be great. Thanks,
  5. Still nothing from support.. this is not good!
  6. Thanks everyone, I fear I have probably messed up slightly here but want to fix the situation as I have bought the product. I still haven’t received any reply from the support team, and hope to have correspondence soon. This is a new PC, well I say new but I’ve been the only user of it for the past 4-5 years so unsure it would be anything to do with prior users. What shall I do if I still don’t hear from the support? Thanks.
  7. Hi Litjan, Thanks, I might have messed up slightly but would like to fix this please. Can you clarify what the DRM is please? I did input my email address and password into Gizmo to activate the product and then this came up with this: (See attached image) See in the top right.. Regards,
  8. Hi Everyone, I purchased the IXEG 737-300 yesterday and after inputting my login details, it said that this account/machine was registered elsewhere. Not sure how to fix this and this is quite frustrating as I spent money on this and can’t get this to work at the moment. I have emailed the support but no reply yet. Apologies if this is the wrong section to post about this but hope I can find some help and assistance.
