Hi everybody,
I do enjoy flying the islander a lot! A very beautiful aircraft with lots of features and a good documentation. However the pitch required to maintain Vmcl 65kts during takeoff and climb out is very high, up to 15°. Can anybody confirm that these high values are required in the real aircraft as well? I watched several real life videos of islanders and even though it is hard to see in mots of them the pitch values seem to be significantly lower.
Would be great to hear your thoughts...
Sebastian
