  1. This is something i quickly threw together for my first flight with the CRJ online VATSIM... Hope you enjoy... i did not do EVERYTHING right... like i said... my first flight... before i completely understood the manual.
  2. have you emailed XP about this? i want to fly XP10 but if it is having problems like this and they don't know about it.. it will NEVER get fixed Thanks
  3. I'm not afraid to admit when i am wrong... i am sorry that i missed this. Thank you for your help.
  4. Understand, But i have looked... googled... research to the extent of my ability...i have found nothing. That is why i posted here. Thank you for the response...i now sit patiently and wait
  5. I agree to keep patient for the next update. But at the same time i have made a FULLY detailed CRASH and problem report for the CRJ on my last two posts... i would just like some to say "ok" got it... we are looking into it. From what it says up there, nobody except ONE person that i know has even downloaded the LOG.TXT that i provided.. I hope that this is not seeming like i have an attitude... i KNOW you are all working hard to get this fixed but like i said... i have a problem with the crashing and the SID/STARs not showing up... i have provided all resources i can attached to hopefully solve this. I would just like a response of some sort if the people that are posting rude and repudiative comments get replies... i think someone like me who is trying to help productively should get something back lol
  6. In addition to my previous post, attached is the LOG.TXT file. I hope this helps.
  7. (you may have received pretty much this same email yesterday but for some reason I could not access this forum yesterday, here is a more detailed crash report anyways... Good luck lol) -iMac 27”, Late 2009 Processor 2.8GHz Intel Core i7 Memory 8GB 1067 MHz DDR3 Graphics ATI Radeon HD 4850 512MB Software MAC OSX LION 10.7.2 (11C74) -NAVDATA 25AUG11 21SEP11 (supplied with newest update 1.4.1) -DEPARTURE/ARRIVAL AIRPORTS: KLAX-KPHX -PLANNED ROUTE: TRM J169 BLH -SID: HOLTZ9.TRM STAR: GEELA5.BLH -I first desired to enter the main ROUTE TRM J169 BLH first... Then choose my SID/ STAR’s -I set everything up per the provided checklist and went to input my first waypoint TRM on the FLPN page in the TO. As soon as I clicked the TO button using the 4RK button... It gives me the spinning rainbow ball and then crashes x-plane. (idk if it helps but if I restart the program.. It starts with the last scenery and aircraft that I had loaded prior to my session with the CRJ crash) -I now have tried starting up and choosing my DEPARTURE and ARRIVAL airport. Then choosing my SID with my transition TRM.HOLTZ9... Now I can go to the 2nd page of the FLPN and input my J169 with an exit of BLH. I now go back to the ARR page and choose ILS25L.GEELA4 (does not give me a TRANS to choose)... I now go to the LEGS page and it shows a route as input but after BLH it shows DIRECT to KPHX (no waypoints from the GEELA5 arrival- I have provided that chart attached here as well) -I have attached the PROBLEM REPORT, X-PLANE INSTALLER LOG.TXT, CRASH LOG and the GEELA5 arrival chart. Regards, Kyle
  8. I got your email. Sorry about that. I thought i had solved my Crashing on startup problem: I removed the CRJ from the folder and started it up... changed my start up aircraft to the C172 and it worked.. then i quit the XP program. I then restarted it with the CRJ installed... it started fine with the C172 as the first aircraft and then i was able to switch to the CRJ just fine... everything worked... but now the CRJ is set to be the pop up aircraft when loading and now it is crashing the same way... how can i fix this?
  9. I have solved my crashing issue... now i need a tutorial on the new FMC... it won't accept any waypoints... i have tried about 5 from 3 different locations that i use to fly out of in the old 1.3 CRJ and back... what happened?
  10. Oh ok! thank you! Now, What about the crashing? this didn't start until i reinstalled it...
  11. I have been over and over with this.. it is now crashing.. i used the UNINSTALLER CRJ-200. Re installed it using the 1.4.1 update installer SETUP- OSX. It now is missing the JROLLON PLANES folder that use to be located in the main x-plane 9 folder. When trying to start up x-plane, it encounters an error. Attached is my ERROR DETAILS and the LOG.TXT file after the installing the 1.4.1 and then tried to open x-plane 9. It stayed trying to load the CRJ-200 for about two min and then went on to load the other aircraft... after it loaded the CIRUS JET it then quit and displayed the ERROR details as attached to this post. Please tell me what i am doing wrong? I want to use the CRJ 1.4.1 with the most recent NAVIGRAPH data. I have already downloaded the vasFMC flight management- native as directed by this forum: http://forums.x-pilo...navdata-format/ but it failed to tell us where to put the new data seeing as the JROLLON PLANES folder is gone and it use to hold the CRJ navdata. CAN ANYONE HELP PLEASE!??!?!?!
  12. ok GREAT! now how do i get this? I have my JROLLON CRJ2 on my iMac and a iPhone 3GS and an iPad2.
  13. I have now gone through, WORD by WORD, ALL manuals and have completed the tutorial 3 times now. Please forgive me if I have looked over the answer to these questions along my way. I am dedicated to learning all that i can before i go to school for my private license once i get out of the military. Please keep in mind I am not a real pilot and have only picked up a few books and done research on the internet. I have a few questions about the flight planning stage of the CRJ-200. (i will be refering to the page 4 of the pilot handbook PDF file along with the tutorial made from it) how do you figure out the “take off fuel” needed. I see that you have figured it to be 4,800lbs (8,278 for new fuel consumption) in the tutorial but never does it say how you calculated this except that it we can look on the FUEL EICAS PANEL, but I dont see it anywhere on there. Section number 5 of the “index calculator” in the tutorial, you have 2.5 as the “TOTAL A” but when you look over at the “TOTAL A - TOTAL B = LIZFW” chart, it has “5” as the TOTAL A. I would like to know why this is please? I have a few abbreviations that i would like to know what they mean and how they are used? “ZFW” “DOI” “LIZFW” “FOB” “LITOW” “LDB” “LILW” and “%MAC” I have recently learned about how Step climbs work and finding the right altitude for the best fuel efficiency, I would like to know how to find out what altitude would be most suficient for the weight I am at that point. I understand that these are a lot of questions but I VERY MUCH enjoy this CRJ and would LOVE to be able to get the MOST out of it. I recommend it to EVERYONE in my Virtual Airline. Thank you for you time again.
