Long, long weekends, as I see...

Looks like this is my last chance. No claims. Just want to understand what is happening. I have bought this plane in September 2019. Have I right for update with discount ? Why I am asking here ? Because I have not received any info by e-mail and two my tickets were ignored. Is it personal for me ?

Hi! I am for the first time here. I tried to start TBM900 up for first time. Then I was forced to leave the sim. After trying to download TBM900 into sim again, I received the following warning: “It seems your last flight wasn't completed. Would you like to position the aircraft where it was before and continue the flight ? (If you answer "No", the state of all aircraft systems will be restored, but the aircraft will remain where it is now)" And two buttons below the warning: “Yes” and “No.” I pushed both of them with the same result: sim stoped responding. I have deleted the plane and install it again but result is the same : white screen, warning, two buttons and sim stops responding. What would you advise me to solve this problem?
