Is there a way of manually resetting the fuel used under the G1000 system menu? When does it reset by itself?

Not on mine there isn't. latest version.

For me this has very little effect, maybe 200 ft after dragging it all the way across the screen.

Can we have a way of spinning the heading/alt knobs a bit quicker please? It takes forever spinning them up to FL29 or half way around the compass using the mousewheel - no other method appears to make them move any quicker.

Hi - first of all let me say the TDM900 is unquestionably the best sim aircraft I've flown, in anything. I absolutely love it. Thank you!
