Well, you remind me of something: since previously I encountered the problem of downloading the new version just as the very first screenshot in this topic. Before i reset my x-aviation password, I deleted my whole tbm-900 files(including uninstall.exe and other related files). Then I used another PC of mine to download the tbm-900 installer from the x-aviation to see if it worked. But I have never run that installer with that PC, because when I was about to do so, I just got your advice on resetting my password. So I just did as you said and downloaded the v1.1.9 using the origin PC. I don't know if it's because I downloaded the installer using another PC that caused the problem. If yes, i apologize for that. And would you please tell me if there's anything I can do to get my planes back? Thank you.

Well, I didn't install an anti-virus in this PC. Is there any other possibilities? Since I could activate the aircraft successfully when it was v1.1.8, but when it comes to v1.1.9, it fails.

Hello, I just tried to update my TBM900 to the newest version(v1.1.9). However a box that I had never seen popped up as the screenshot attached. Is there anyway to solve this problem? I am pretty sure that I've put the e-mail address and password correctly. Thanks.

Hello everyone I just updated the TBM-900 to V1.1.7. However, things got weird just then. The aircraft changed into a red square in the map, and the background in the PFD turned all black. Here are the screenshots and LOGs, please help me with the problems. By the way, I've already re-downloaded and re-installed the aircraft for several times, but the problems remain still. Hello, I just purchased the TBM-900 and downloaded it two days ago. So I am pretty sure that I am running the newest version. Everything works perfectly well with the aircraft. But however, unlike the others, I cannot hear the R.A. Callout before my touchdown. I have already clicked the headset in the cockpit and tuned everything volume knob in the cockpit to 100%. I can hear the terrain alert or the master caution alert or any other ones just except for the R.A. Callout. Can anyone help me with this problem? THANKS~
