Okay, I understand you now... You tried to login to your user account on X-Aviation but it said your password was wrong, then you tried to reset your password but did not get an e-mail. I'll take care of this for you. ok, how did i get this password to log-in and download the 2nd download to update the aircraft? many thanks, thomas.

Again, you're making no sense at all. What new password? What do you mean ticket email? If you send us an e-mail it will create a ticket automatically. You need the update, so get it! No one is holding you back. It's there for you to get at any moment you want it. The aircraft works just fine. the aircraft is amazing but x-aviation told me my password is wrong when i want to log-in, i push - "password forgotten-click here" and it said to me my new password was send. sorry, maybe i'm Impertinent but i want to fly this aircraft.

You're making no sense at all. Please send in a support ticket by following the link in my previous post above. Ok, i send the ticket but where is my check email, new password email and the ticket email. i need this update, if you're can't release working aircraft don't release it...
