When the fueler comes into the cockpit and ask how much fuel is needed, I sometimes accidently clicked "Tanks full" or "Pump this many liters" (before selecting an amount). Therefore, I think it would be nice if confirmation was required. This is already the case when calling the FBO for example and asking to prepare a van after arrival.
