    Hi. I confirm 100% that this is the problem, I bought it yesterday and I had a great idea, as it was a weekend and I did not have a reply, I deactivated the vortices and it works perfectly, very important although Vortices are deactivated, they are still working, I hope they update it soon and we don't have that problem.
