  3. Hi! I like this aircraft very much and have spent a lot of time in it recently. I have noticed something. When landing, the aircraft seems to bounce a little too easily? "Sometimes" even with the FPM around 200 would it cause over exaggerated bounce and even flip over of the aircraft. Maybe I have done something wrong, but I have noticed this for a few times. Any one else suffer from this? Thanks!
  4. Thank you so much! So this means that this aircraft is simulated very realistically? I own another Twin otter and I can get the DME all the way at flying altitude of 13000, so maybe it's not that accurately simulated.....
  5. Oh.. I got it now! So under such circumstances, what can I do instead? I mean if I am supposed to fly to 70nm DME and turn left, but I loose the DME reading since 60nm, what else can I do? Thank you so much!

  9. Hi! I am enjoying the aircraft more and more... I have a question. What is the upper limit of the distance for the aircraft to receive VOR/DME? Today I made a flight from VNKT to VNLK. I planed to fly along KTM/VOR radial 096 for 70nm, but on my way near that point( I guess it was about 60 or 65 nm to KTM/VOR), I lost the DME signal so I could only stick with HDG 096 to my turning point. I did fly this route by Twin otter and it could receive DME until more than 70nm from that VOR. So what happened then? Thanks!

  11. update. I finally figure out what was going on. I think it was xEnviro's setting. For the past 2 days, my aircraft became so stable because I didn't get the weather engine data from their server due to some issue. Yesterday, I mailed to their support team and they updated my ID-issue then I can get the weather data(so there are clouds now). Since then, the swing issue happened again. Then I go to the xEnviro setting and adjust the Max turbulence% to less then 10 even 0, things got much better now. Just providing some info. for those who want to have xEnviro activated but don't want the too sensitive turbulence effect on this TBM 900.
  12. Hi! I have a question and may need help here. I find that the nose wheel steering seems very sensitive? Every time when I land and touch down, I have a tough time trying keep my aircraft roll straight. I have to struggle with the nose wheel steering in order to keep a proper path. Sometimes I crash because I roll out of the runway and hit the buildings or terrain near the runway. Is there any way I can do better for this? ps. I just landed safely although a little bit hard in Lukla airport, but I could not control the nose wheel so it hit the houses next to the runway so I crashed...

  18. Strange thing is... my original XP is now normal without me doing anything different.. I just did a fresh reinstall of XP11.25 at another disk and only with TBM as an add-on. The test flight was normal. So then I switched back to my previous XP in another disk. I didn't uninstall anything, and xEnviro was activated. Then, I don't know why, the TBM 900 is completely normal without and swing! And I finally made my first successful flight from NZQN to NZNV. What was going on??
  19. I have just done a fresh reinstall XP11.25 on my PC with TBM 900. No any other add-ons. It turned out to be perfect! So now here comes the question.. which add-on is the suspect? I guess it is xEnviro(1.09). However, I have disabled it with add-on manager, but it's still the same. Is "Disable" not enough? I have to uninstall it?

  22. Haha! Thanks for reminding me.. I didn't even notice that. However, it's not the reason... I have made another test flight which I am 100% sure that the fuel tank is closed tight. The result is disappointing. It's all the same..... I really have no idea now....
  23. Hi! I have an annoying issue when I try to sign in the forum. I have to Reset my password every time when I want to log in. Seems it cannot remember my password. Is there any way to fix this? Thanks!
  24. Hi! I have tried to set it to 4 or 5... unclick the Simulation of stiffness at high speed, but it's the same.. I have attached another video. It was also under AP/Trim. YD, HDG. As you can see, it was swinging too, not to mention if I hand fly it... (sorry for the noise at the background of the video. It was my wife watching TV next to me.. ) Is it because of the Payload?
