  1. Thank You Cameron!
  2. Hi, I am still using 11.41 so I can also use SkyMaxxPro. I fly the Flight factor 757,767 & 777. Does anyone know if SoundMaxx will enhance the sound with those aircraft? Andy
  3. I sure am. iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2020)Processor 3.6 GHz 10-Core Intel Core i9Memory 32 GB 2667 MHz DDR4Graphics AMD Radeon Pro 5700 XT 16 GB It's kind of crazy that I spent 4300.00 on this iMac and it has trouble keeping up with SkyMaxx and X-Plane. Hopefully as new betas of SkyMaxx come out it will help people like me who don't want to do the PC thing. Apple has great customer service and the other guys don't. I appreciate all the help that you and Frank have given me over the last few years.
  4. Hi Frank, I have reduced everything (HDR, antialiasing, cloud draw distance) and I am still getting poor frame rates and crashes. The strange thing its I show 8-11 GB of Video memory available. I also tried shutting down Safari and even with 8 or 9GB of RAM available I still had the same issue. I also have tried by removing all the custom scenery. A couple of years ago when I posed a question someone said that the amount of available VRAM and RAM available shown on the SkyMaxx screen may not be accurate on the MAC. I love SkyMaxx too much to give up! Andy Log.txt
  5. Hi Frank, Hopefully this information helps you. I was trying to fly from CYYGKLGA. Then I switched flight plans altogether and went from KSLCKMSP. Out in the middle of Wyoming when this crash happened. I am pretty sure I had 3 or 4 GB of RAM available at the time. 6. Actually I had exited the stormy weather and it was pretty clear. The log txt. I sent was actually my third try on that same route. I will do some flying today and keep you posted,.I appreciate all your hard work.
  7. Flying from KDCA TO KDTW. What caused SkyMaxx V5.06 to crash the flight? Prior to this I had two great flights KLGA KBOS & KBOS KDCA in horrible weather and they went off with out a hitch. Log.txt
  8. Thank you Frank. I just redid the flight from KLGA to KBOS at 24,000 feet successfully. The clouds looked great in the current heavy weather. I was incredibly impressed.
  9. I am using 5.06 and flying from KLGA to KBOS (Flight Factor 767). I don't think SkyMaxx was the cause of the crash. Any idea about the cause? Log.txt
  10. Unfortunately I am stuck with them as my computer is just about 3 months old.
  11. I turned the AA down a notch and unfortunately had another crash. If I go all the way down on the AA the plane starts to have the crinkle cut/zig zag look. I am unable to use the volumetric clouds because the frame rates are just too low. My computer: iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2020)Processor 3.6 GHz 10-Core Intel Core i9Memory 32 GB 2667 MHz DDR4Graphics AMD Radeon Pro 5700 XT 16 GB*** Log.txt
  12. These are the settings I am using with 5.05 when experiencing crashes.
  13. Still loving the clouds, but I have experienced a couple of crashes. Hopefully this helps your engineering of V5. my computer: iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2020)Processor 3.6 GHz 10-Core Intel Core i9Memory 32 GB 2667 MHz DDR4Graphics AMD Radeon Pro 5700 XT 16 GB*** Log.txt 5.05 2nd crash.pdf
  14. Had another crash using 5.05. Log.txt
