How will I know if my ticket is still open with X-aviation? I think I saw somewhere on the site that it can take 2 to 3 business days, but it's been a week now. I'm not mad (I'm actually a super patient person), but more paranoid that maybe I missed a communication with someone and am still waiting for no reason. I'm still not able to activate my skymaxx pro V3 for some reason. I would paste the full log on here, but I don't know if some of the activation information is private. It has some personal information of mine, machine id and email, etc, and I'm not sure if it will expose a key password to the program. This part seems safe to post though. I too am having the same problem. I'm using a Windows 10 machine 6700k with a 980ti gpu and have tried to trouble shoot with these same suggestions, unfortunately with the same results. My X-plane is also not a steam version. I am a new Windows/pc user as of a month ago, as I've been a Mac user all my life. So still getting to know the system as well. I opened a ticket with X-aviation on Jan. 1st and haven't had a reply aside from the response confirming my ticket. I know it's the Holidays but wasn't sure when everyone will be back and returning to address these installation issues. I also keep an eye on my junk mail incase a service email sneaks by.
