  1. Is there a future that sees a full Turbo SR22T G1000 TN is not the same performance or numbers
  2. Here is loss CDI indication on 2nd leg then the third leg CDI came back but incorrectly displayed.
  3. There will away be a turn indication with course heading, regardless of course heading change or not when approaching next waypoint.
  4. 1st waypoint tracks correctly 2nd waypoint has error on CDI which AP follows 3rd waypoint there is no CDI info FPL - Present position N of STILL > JOTUP > DANMO > KJYO CDI shows course to the left and bearing is 194° Notice CDI is not at 194° but at 172° which is LOC inbound Heading for KJYO which I had pre tuned NAV for the ILS17 again when course is to the right on map FPL : KJYO > ZUCRY > WONNU > KMPO Again CDI show course to left however its to the right on map again CDI should be centered 3rd waypoint, no CDI info There I got pictures this time WHAT A PAIN
  5. Well there should be pictures with my post before. Can't paste JPG or PIC files So if you like to see the picture I need a suggestion on how to display I get this "You are not allowed to use that image extension on this community." I have know idea what that means
  6. Hello Me again There is still GPS waypoint tracking error FPL entry 1st waypoint tracks correctly 2nd waypoint has error on CDI which AP follows 3rd waypoint there is no CDI info CDI shows course to the left and bearing is 194° when course is to the right Again CDI show course to left however its to the right CDI should be centered 3rd waypoint, no CDI info Not much has changed since Version 1.3
  7. Yep forgot that I needed to push FLP first Not sure what I was thinking. Any idea on update v1.4........
  8. Hi I downloaded XP10.05 demo and install Corvalis, there is no ready pad button to input waypoints in this version.
  9. Hi Just like to revisit this problem and a status of a fix. Don't have XP10 yet, is the problem still present? Or has it disappeared? Thanks
  10. I run FTS1000 Corvalis in bootcamp partition under Windows7 with X-plane, I get the same type GPS NAV errors with X-aviation Corvalis 1.3 installed. Didn't matter if I use FTS Corvalis .acf or X-Av Corvalis .acf . I removed Corvalis 1.3 from X-plane and I no longer have NAV errors with GPS running FTS1000. I suppose its the plug-in that is creating the GPS NAV problem. Can I downgrade to Corvalis V1.2 to get use of flight model until the error is corrected? I tried once and got an error of some type that I was not able to just install the old version. Don't remember the specific reason.
  11. KMGW-BUOKE-HIVSI-MURKY Very random
  12. Hmm I just started xplane the map came up on MFD I picked waypoints that I could see on the map. Entered them one at at time and by the time I arrived at the second one GPS was X tracking off set, then the next one became reversed when I arrived at that one. I believe any set of waypoints does this. I will go back and look, I recorded it in xplane.
  13. Tried using GPS again, seems that are many waypoint that won't track correctly. Here's another again on Mac Note: MFD at top DTK 114 TRK 266 which I am tracking in HDG mode to go in correct direction. Note Active Flight Plan: Read correct, PFD CDI does not match flight plan. Very quirky. Not sure if this began with V1.3 or not. I would like to revert to see but I think Gizmo made changes that I can't undo.
  14. Found another quirk. Autopilot tracking course straight just slightly to left but Flight Director command bar is in a bank. This is running xplane on Mac. Also, Got Corvalis to run in window xp but there were even more quirks, trying to even get Simavio to run with Corvalis took a huge frame hit, could not run together. Guess I could get ATI 5770 card when I have extra $$$$. So gave up on that and went to check if GPS errors were there, had even more problems tracking in GPS. Gave up there and went back to Mac partition. Reinstalled Corvalis 1.3, thats when I found Flight Director anomaly.
  15. Thanks I'll do that
  16. Hmm Well not quite I run xplane and your corvalis on Mac Pro. Works great. Simavio needs to run in windows, since my Mac is dual boot, I can run X-plane and Simavio in windows on same computer. The whole purpose is to get better NAV/G1000 to fly GPS approaches. But, I can not activate JGX Corvalis because it says my keys/license is used up. I hate windows. How can I run in both windows and mac?
  17. I was flying last night and ran into a GPS nav error that takes me in the opposite direction as programed in FMS. Can anyone recreate this situation that I have. Not sure what causing it? Altitude was above 11000 ft Flight plan is RDU>FAY>ASHES>KCRE Autopilot activated, after crossing VOR "FAY" instead of turning toward the fix "ASHES" the Bearing(BRG) reverses to 010° It should be 171° and the ETE goes whacky and Dist. to ASHES is 6328 nm and the CDI arrow also is reversed but the FMS shows the correct NAV info as show in this screen shot. ??? I was able to show it again today on my system (Mac xplane v9.67)
  18. Your Corvalis flight model is great and very accurate and improvements on 1.3 even better. My question is can I use your flight model with SimAvio FTS1000 ? As you may know X-planes Corvalis is wanting. Thanks
  19. Lower Panels – At Night – Use of night goggles is only for illustration, don’t have and so I don’t use them. Can't see fuel selector, key switch, primer, etc. , Engine controls don’t matter much since external flight controls are used. Looking at fuel selectors below which tank is in use? At night not sure which way to turn to get other tank, 50/50 chance of shutting off fuel. If I can find it in the dark. Also bringing up 3D view, currently bad, needs to NOT track the mouse. I have keyboard and joystick switches to move views. Scenario -I’m flying along at night, in 3D view and I reach for keyboard and bump the mouse, bam, my view goes flying around the cockpit and I get a terrible case of vertigo. CRS and HDG never seen one that only stays on 3 seconds, as shown in my pilot guide at bottom. Oh and by the way I helped myself from the offending VOR’s/Navaid. Deleted them from the data file. For anyone else with same problem, just go to earth_nav.dat and open in text edit and delete offending locations.
  20. Guess it was my hopes too point you to the easiest resolution. The database lookup defect would seemingly be easier to correct. Easiest = possibly sooner time. vs. Hardest = longer, possibly never time frame. FMS waypoint database lookup would still need to be corrected to get true implementation of duplicates window, which are away sorted by current distance from aircraft (least to greatest). You’d be that much closer. So the usefulness of your C400 G1000 would not be impeded until you get around to upgrading the DUPS window and other missing functions. Such as: CRS and BRG boxes on PFD that stay on, PFD Flight Plan, Waypoint or Facility Name or Location Entry which by the way would also solve my beef , CWS, BC annunciation, WAAS, VNV key, VPTH, ALTV, DME NAV BOX, DME Tuning Window, MENU key, MAP pages, WPT pages, AUX pages, NRST pages, Terrain, Traffic, Procedures, which I think would be daunting with a whole new database that is not currently in Xplane, HSI Arc, Checklist, EMERGCY list, better fuel selection knob, lighting for night use (can’t see unlighted items), Reversionary Mode, Display in Metric (For those who fly in Brazil that can use MRB there), Vertical Navigation Page, then of course there is SVS Synthetic Vision, Pathway, HRZN HDG, APTSIGNS, too name a few. Just saying ☺
  21. Yes, they are the same as C172/C182/----Mustang. But always when entering waypoint ID “Real-Life” and X-plane Garmin 430 the one nearest to current location is displayed first (1), not alphabetically as JGX C400 is implemented. Try it, move airplane to any where in the world with Garmins G1000 simulator then input waypoint ID and the first to appear is the closest one first. That is why you always hit “enter” twice (in)“Real-Life” to skip / bypass duplicates. Which are thousands of miles away in another country or continent. A database “IF” formula would be quicker to implement than having to program and draw another window to popup for duplicates that are almost always skip/bypass and my opinion not needed. Making what you have as real as possible is great.
  22. Hmmm I don't believe that to be true. I currently have more than 25 hrs in "real-life" G1000 C172/C182, and have never had to choose as you say. See attached. Anyway, the technique that X-plane uses in its Gamin 430 would suffice in mean time. The most relevant. Both VOR's are located next to each other which makes in difficult to navigate the area using GPS without them. In "real-life" a notam would be issued for unusable nav aid, but then again GPS does not care if the VOR is in service or not. I believe Randy Witt <info@x-plane.com> could give you help.
  23. Whats that mean? ??? I don't need multiples just the correct one for the area(country) ya know like the rest of the planes using EFIS in X-plane 5.x-9.x
  24. When attempting to enter a flight plan certain navaids have duplicate ID. No way of picking the one I want example MRB-- Martinsburg-112.1 West Virginia MRB--- Maraba Brazil
  25. So another problem how do get rid of invisible way point that thousands of miles away see pict
