I really dont think people have any idea of how much work goes into an airline, especially trying to replicate an FMS and flight system and all the idiosyncrasies that each have. Not like they are all the same. appreciate the work still my fav.

I have no idea what made you think I knew nothing, or wasnt learning, and the comments you made certainly did not lean to what you stated. And if you read my post, you would of seeing ive being doing this for a long time. I guess people are to busy fling and enjoying XPLAne whatever VER they fly or any other flightsim to post. Wonder what will be seeing and or announced this weekend.

Xplane 12 already is, but than you see, in a court, the lawyers for the defense like to discredit the witness, better than loosing the case. And since I am not in a court of law I dont need to defend myself. I wouldnt be here if I wasnt flying it, updating airports, doing beta testing for developers etc etc. FS9 FSX Xplane 9 10 11 and 12. 100% agree, than they loose interest because it gets boring, never the less. its still there opinion that got them to purchase it. Bright colors and pretty planes, I guess carenado must be making fortune over there.

See but that is just an opinion, for many like me, there is nothing like xp12, but that is my opinion. The only thing xplane12 needs right now is some optimisation, and next beta will bring some of that to us. Developers are still getting there heads around the inner workings which, with the demands of simmers, is getting quiet complex. We can sit and discuss opinions all day, in they end, they are all just opinions. The only thing that matters is filing in bug reports as required so things can be improved.

XP12 isnt anywhere near completion, so why do we need an XP13. As for MS sales. seems it is included in there gaming thingy. Dont know why it even needs to be discussed, you can have them both.

Yes its brought the best and worst out in people. Didnt ever think flying an aeroplane on a PC could do that.

Just flew the CRJ700, YBTL Townsville to YSSY sydney @FL330 in XP12. Winds 90kts 250deg not quiet on the nose. light buffeting, clouds rain on occasion, cloud where up to about 31000 ft, nice landing though I missed some steps, procedures, not sure bug me or both, but landed ok. Used ATC till halfway through, than canceled IFR so I could do my own ILS landing. Just enjoy the atmosphere. Never go back to 11, to much atmosphere in 12.

Its a fact. As stated above, developers are finding workarounds, but guess what, when sorry if ( not holding my breath)AMD fix this it will probably break the workarounds

They where updated a few weeks ago, latest was just sasl update to latest ver for MAC compatibility.

Hi yes, will get at least the 175 I only need one, the xp11 version was good. Love the ejets. Yes 560 getting some love going to do a review at some stage, it has some quirks but flies well.

Xcrafts Ejets are not far away, Being flying the 560XL, its not a bad plane, being helping to improve climb performance, much better now, slower version on the Citation X. First aircraft they have done. Though I suggested they add avitab for all misc things and even use default FMS but they hesitant right now. Does have GPS. Quiet enjoying it but I do wish more people would comment on it.

I would of thought the boeings are simpler in fact a quote from an airbus pilot on another forum " is totally understandable as the system is highly unintuitve and not ergonomic at all (I have flown the real thing for 10 years and still never understood some of the design decisions). This is especially true if you learned to fly on a real conventional aircraft". As for fixes, its a new MCDU so will have a few tweaks here and there. They happen when they happen.

Stock A330 is getting some fixes done if you are on latest xplane, far better off with the 737 Zibo mod.

@VirtualGAaviator Yes its his first, and pretty good for a first. Still has issues which I have pointed out. Hardest part is his insistence that is is realistic, as I pointed out its simply a slightly slower Citation X. Hopefully next update will fix the climb cruise performance in 12, got him onto the right person. I think it wont take long to realise that XP users are rather obsessed with there aircraft, and if you say its real, it better be. But again, its his first, so we point him in the right direction and cut him some slack. Going to suggest next time just add the default FMS he would get some more buyers.

Hmm to add some new blood. Really havnt done much flying., but since the 560XL was updated to 12 being flying that, helping ironing out bugs. not to many. Its pretty good for a first attempt. Just flight have updated there 52, Dr400 and TB10 20 to XP12, have them all, they also have a lot of input from Thandra I believe now. I like the small business jets though low and slow around Hawaii still a fav. With seemingly rapid remove of NDBS and VORS here in AUS making VFR more a challenge especially with real, real weather. Can get really immersive in thunderstorms and rain.
