Arctic Air Cargo Hauler

I just bought V3, at full price at $50 Australian. I NEVER recieved any email either with any codes etc. I triple checked all my email folders. I only recieved an email about an hour ago saying V3 has been released, but had nothing with doscount etc to existing customer. Pretty bummed about this.

Hi, I am not one to usually complain, however 2 days ago I bought the BAE 32 from XAviation, and when I registered I used by accident the wrong email address. WHen I try to login so I can download and use the plane I paid for it says my username/login is wrong. I contacted Cameron numerous times on his site, plus through this site and as yet still haven't gotten any help whatsoever. I even started an online chat and then was dissconnected. I have read on this site that they are helpful etc, but as yet I have not been given any help in being able to use the product I paid for. Does anyone know how I go about getting help and or answers from the people at XAviation?
