That's a good idea but I think it would do me more good to learn to program one myself. If I learned to do that it would help me in other areas of aircraft programming so I can develop aircraft that will deliver a richer experience.

Yeah, its not finished yet though. But I have the main parts on it. I needed it to get my model scaled and so I could test out the renders in xplane. Soon I'm gonna fire up java foil and get me an airfoil for it.

Ok what Im trying to do is make the button covers move up when I click on it. http://cdn-www.airliners.net/aviation-photos/photos/9/4/0/0886049.jpg You can see them on some of the buttons on the center pedistal. Ive looked to see if there are any data refs but cant find any so does anyone know a way around this. And Im trying to avoid mapping it over a button on the panel. I created a red square on my panel to texture the caps red, and now I just need them animated. There are also some other things I need this for like the covers over the engine starter switches. Thanks for the help. BTW sorry if this is in the wrong section. Wasnt sure where to put it.

OK so I mentioned I was working on a project in another thread and pilotman22 asked me to post up a thread about it so here it is. I decided that I want to make an ERJ175, it started off as a way to learn blender and tinker around, and its gotten pretty serious so far. I know for a fact that it will be freeware, and if I totally fail I wont even release it.lol. Im trying to make a fully modeled 3D cockpit. And at the moment I have no plans on developing a 2D cockpit for this. as you can see I do have some stuff textured and nothing animated yet. But Im not satified with the FMC because on the real ERJ175 there is a screen to tune in your comm radios. I still have yet to figure out how to do that. Well tell me what you think, and go easy. its my first time.
