  1. Hi Tony, I did try everything you suggested unfortunately it didn't provide solution. The last thing I did however was changing the solid stratiform to sparse particles. That immediately took the lines away. Unfortunately it also takes most of the weather away. You can see the bad weather on the map, hear thunder and see lightening and you're still flying but there aren't clouds. Andy
  2. I believe this setting is correct?
  3. I just completed the test flight from KBIS to KCPR without RWC. Not a single problem. What I don't understand is, when I first installed it RWC it worked great for a few days. So because of getting my computer serviced I had to use a backup copy of X-Plane which included RWC and SkyMaxx Pro from when they were working well in tandem. After reinstalling X-Plane from the backup is when the RWC started to malfunction. I have uninstalled and reinstalled RWC and SkyMaxx Pro several times. I just reinstalled RWC and it's causing the problems again. Any ideas what may be going on?
  4. I now uninstalled RWC to see if all the problems are still there. Doing a test flight from KBIS to KCPR
  5. Hi Tony, I appreciate all your help. Have a good rest. I am in Arizona. Thanks, andy
  6. Hi Tony, Embarrassed to say not sure what is SMP is or AA? Also when I go into rendering I don't see where I can change the clouds to 10%? Andy
  7. I put the cloud/terrain softening to the max and I still getting the lines and flickering.
  8. It was set at 488. I just turned up to 700. I'll let you know what happens. Thank your your help Frank.
  9. I had to reinstall SkyMaxx Pro & RWC because of some non pertinent issues I was having. Now my clouds are flickering and looking kind of strange. There are dotted lines now. i realize it's difficult to see the flickering in the pictures. Any ideas what this might be. They looked great before the reinstall. Thanks, Andy
  10. Thanks Tony!
  11. Problem solved. It was the 777 serial number. I appreciate all the help! Andy
  12. Its looks like it's the serial number for my 777. Now I got a find that!
  13. I still get those screens after I do the uninstall and before I do the reinstall. I am wondering now if they are X-Plane Screens.
  14. Sou you are thinking that is an X-Plane screen and not X-Aviation/Pilot screen? I have to be honest and say I am not even where I would get X_Plane Serial number from. I just went through the DVD s and the envelope it came and I don't see a serial number. I do have the X-Plane DVDs. I am trying to avoid reinstallation.
  15. I still get those screens after I do the uninstall and before I do the reinstall. I am wondering now if they are X-Plane Screens.
  16. I may not be as technical as you are. I did an uninstall and then did and un zip and a reinstall. I'll try out again.
  17. Hi Tony, Just uninstalled and reinstalled. Still get the same screens. I don't think that's X-Plane asking for the serial number? Andy
  18. My computer was just repaired by the Apple Store. I tried to start X-Plane and these are the screens that appeared. So is this activation that is asking for the serial number for SkyMaxx? Where can I get the serial number? Drawing a blank! Andy
  19. I changed to the above settings but unfortunately the plane still looked zig zaggy and the clouds covers started to flicker when in heavy overcast and heavy cloud layer. I am going to have to watch the zig zagging more carefully as it seems to happen at higher altitudes (not 100% certain about that yet). Will monitor these occurrences.
  20. I just changed it. Did I make the correct changes?
  21. I inderstand. It just started when I installed the connector. Has anyone else reported this issue?
  22. I changed it to Mega but it's still there.
  23. The weather looks great, but what I am noticing is when you are flying through heavy cloud layers or bad weather the plane has a zig zag outline. As soon as I get out of the heavy weather the zig zag outline disappears. Is there a way around that?
