  1. No problem John! I'll keep you updated! Fantastic clouds so far! I'll test over this week and next to see what happens. Many thanks! Pete
  2. Hi guys, Many thanks for your responses. I'm really grateful to have received help so quickly. @JohnMAXX: I am currently reinstalling X-Plane and will reinstall all of my plugins and enhancements, except for NOAA weather. Can you confirm (or at least make a guess) that EFASS's XPSM Weather Plugin will work? @Frank: My VRAM usage is well within the limit as I have a 4GB GTX 770 card. I have also closely monitored my VRAM through X-Plane and Sysinternals Process Explorer and it's less than half of the physical VRAM that I have. I have also been running X-Plane with these settings, addons and plugins for over a year now with full stability (full SimHeaven scenery for the whole of Europe in ZL17, including all City Areas in ZL17.) I will check again, but I don't think it's that. Many thanks Frank and John, really appreciated Do you want me to keep you updated? Pete
  3. Hi Frank, Many thanks for the reply. Were you replying to both of us? In terms of memory allocation and systems specs, I don't hthink my system will have a problem with VRAM. I've just looked at the log again and at the bottom it states: SkyMaxx Pro: Altitude set to 2580.977345--=={This application has crashed!}==-- I can't remember whether this indicates that it's actually X-Plane, as Plug-in crashes usually come up with "X-Plane has crashed due to the following plugin:" In terms of what I'm running, I have NOAA Weather Plugin enabled and the only major change I have made is to update scenery meshes to V3, including Armin's SimHeaven ones... I've had the simulator running for more than 40 hours stable as I did an around the world flight (plus many other long haul flights), so it's a conflict between 'something else' and SkyMaxx Pro or Scenery Mesh V3 (including SimHeaven Scenery). I have included the Log and Dump files. Many thanks PeteLog.txt Log.txt crash_report_01_11_2015_23_46_46.txt
  4. Hi guys, The same thing happened to me today. At the end of my log, I got the error stating that X-Plane had crashed due to SkyMaxx Pro. I can attach the log and dump file tomorrow if it's relevant? Again, I'm using X-Plane 10.31. I've also found that although the clouds look incredible!! - I have experienced a loss in FPS. I fly a lot of IFR and over certain areas, I'm experiencing 12-17 FPS, never been so low before. Many thanks for all of your help so far and the fantastic products you bring out. They're seriously incredible and have really changed the reality of X-Plane. All the best and many thanks. Pete (ZuluKiloXP)
  5. Hmm interesting... I'm just trying out Windows 7 at the minute to see the results. May I ask where you've installed X-Plane on your PC and whether you copied the folder over from a previous installation OR straight from the installation DVDs. Many thanks Pete
  6. Are you running Windows 8.1 HarryCYUL? Many thanks for your reply
  7. Hi guys, I was wondering if anyone can help a big issue that I'm really struggling with... I've found that EFASS Plug-ins XPUIPC and XPSM seem to interfere with the SASL internal plug-in files found in: JARDesign A320neo, FlightFactor 757-200, FlyJSim Dash 8 Q400. When I load up X-Plane for the first time, without any EFASS plugins, the SASL plugins work perfectly. After installing EFASS with the XPUIPC and XPSM plug-ins, I get an instant 'not responding, had to shutdown error' everytime I try to reload an aircraft that requires SASL. I've managed to use a work around, but I feel it still has problems. I can create a new folder with the core SASL infomation in Resources>Plugins and delete all remaining SASL information (except the 'data' folder and 'OpenAL32.dll') in each aircraft folder. Has anyone got any idea why this is happening? I have changed X-Plane's folder properties and security settings to allow all users to access all files with the correct permissions. I am running X-Plane 10.30b with the latest EFASS (updated yesterday on 14.06.2014 and have tried many previous versions too with X-Plane 10.22 and X-Plane 10.25 -- the same thing happens ) Any help would be massively appreciated! Many thanks Pete (ZuluKiloXP) (I have submitted a log where the SASL folder is in the correct place in the aircraft folder and what happens if I try to reload the aircraft) Log.txt
