I have managed to get a screen capture of the window where the message is given.

I purchased SMP last night, and registered at the same time. After downloading the zip file, I ran the install program and on the second screen it complained as follows: "Please provide your customer details to validate your purchase. "If you have not purchased this product the validation process will fail to recognise your details. "Please contact X-Aviation support if you feel there is an error in validating your purchase." I did contact X-Aviation, but I am too excited with SMP to wait for an answer (LOL). Has anyoe else expeienced this and what did you do to get it installed.
