  1. Send Nicholas an e-mail or PM stating the products you have bought recently and see what he says. Yeah me too - ton of money in the past, and I mean a lot!......it would be a nice "thank you" to customers if past purchases counted....I wouldn't pay for it , not that much anyway...
  2. Thank you for the update. I for one appreciate the efforts and empathise with how you must feel as you try to sort this out. I'm a regular customer and understand the complexities with this acf, not from a techie view but by the incredible systems and realism the product offers! So patience is important, and as someone earlier said you are extremely responsive...way more than most other vendors... On another note, thank you for the 3 video tutorial, in my 2 years on X-Plane it is the most helpful I've seen, and has helped even with other airliners in general some of the things I never really understood!! It's essential viewing, very detailed in the small things you explain. I think you try hard to understand your market and what people here want from the products. All will be well in the end - can't wait for the fix Thanks again
  3. Full screen after imac re-start - nothing else running - fine with other aircraft
  4. On MAC - X-Plane crashes for me too after upgrading .
  5. When following tutorial set-up - Pg14 - Setting LESA N40 57.12 005 30.12 to AIRPORT then 2RK to copy - then when pressing 5RK to insert to SET POS, this 2RK to 5RK step is imtermittent, sometimes it works, sometimes not. Mostly not. Am I missing a step? I can spend whole hour and it won't work. Tried re-starts and re-loads. Model Name: iMac Model Identifier: iMac8,1 Processor Name: Intel Core 2 Duo Processor Speed: 2.8 GHz Number Of Processors: 1 Total Number Of Cores: 2 L2 Cache: 6 MB Memory: 4 GB Bus Speed: 1.07 GHz
  6. I also get this issue - framerate excellent 45-55 fps but a stuttering too... Model Name: iMac Model Identifier: iMac8,1 Processor Name: Intel Core 2 Duo Processor Speed: 2.8 GHz Number Of Processors: 1 Total Number Of Cores: 2 L2 Cache: 6 MB Memory: 4 GB Bus Speed: 1.07 GHz Chipset Model: ATI Radeon HD 2600 Pro
  7. Thanks crs will try that tomorrow.....
