In my case they managed do succeed. Thanks to the horrible and unpleasant attitude of the .org I've ceased using and buying X-Plane, at least for now. I've tried to warn Laminar about this problem but I'm under the impression that they don't give a damn. At the end of the day I can live without X-Plane... can Laminar live without customers?
