Gizmo issue with installing Skymaxx 3.0

Sent an email to skymaxx but thought in meantime...maybe someone has run into this before on another application. I ran the installer updater. Obviously something I am missing here. Totally new to xplane in last couple days... Thanks   BTW I am using WinRAR for unzipping files.

 

  I have the latest xplane on windows 10pro x64 and everytime I try and
install I get this error msg: There has been an error...error while
unzipping file D:/X Plane 10/Gizmo64.zip: destination folder D:/X Plane
10/Resources/plugins does not exist or is not writeable The application
will exit now.

Assuming that the folder and directory exist, do you have permission to write to the folder?
