Aviation Flashlight problem

Hi,

 

When flying at night, I try to select Toolbars - View - Toggle Aviation Flashlight.

 

But... the option is actual printed at the very bottom of the drop-down menu.  It won't let me select it! Also... there does not seem to be a keyboard option for this command.

 

I can use Night Vision.. but it looks doesn't look so nice.

 

I am running under Win 10

 

Any suggestions?

You can set a key binding by adding a new one in the bindings list. I have ctrl-L for white and ctrl-shift-L for red.

I know I can bind the keys... but what key is the Flashlight?  All of the other menu entries have a key next to them except this one.

 

Aside from the flashlight is there some kind of Dome light I could turn on?

 

I can control of the instrument lights.... but I can't see the switches.

The ones I am having trouble with:

Baron B58

X-Aviation Beechcraft Duchess

 

At night the cabin is dark.  I can see the intsruments but not the switches.

 

These seem to have the lights on at night:

King Air C90B

Cessna 1725P

Avanti

 

I can't control the cabin lights or toggle the flashlight on any of them... but at least I can see the switches.

 

So... I  have something for night flight..   but it would be nice figure this out!

Do you have HDR enabled?

That was it!   Now the option is available.

 

And as a bonus... everything looks even more awesome!

Haha, no problem If your PC can handle HDR, everything is perfect
