Donair Posted September 21, 2015 Report Posted September 21, 2015 Hello all. I did a great install of Xplane on to my computor (I think). All is running good but still tweeking it. The only issue that is bothering me is that once the install was done I left the #8 disk instid of changing it to #1 by accedent. The sim is working fine but should I go ahead and switch to the #1 disk? Quote

The sim is working fine but should I go ahead and switch to the #1 disk? X-Plane needs the first disk for authent. Don't use disk 8 for authentication, it won't work. It's better off you use one, or you'll just have a glorified demo-mode with worldwide scenery. Quote
