I created some normal maps for asphalt and concrete ground textures.


I know that when creating normal maps for OBJECTS , if I get black artifacts it means the object isn't textured right , and re-texturing correctly will fix this.


 


However , with ground textures , as I believe you know , Im using .pol files that duplicate over and over , and I really don't know what the is the problem in this case...


 


Here's a shot showing those black artifacts on ground (press to show the image in it's full size to see the problem better)
