X-plane org store

I know this is for a different site but i can't contact them about getting a new password since the new org store started opened.  Does anyone know how i can contact them about my issue?

Try deleting all your old cookies within your browser with org. Then try again.

Hi!

Having same issue, tried to delete old cookies,  even tried to reset my password but still waiting for the e-mail with the link..........

NB! Tried to login on with my PC and then with my Ipad , still can't login to .org store,

Could be on a block list. Been known to happen.

I have had this issue too. My original fix was to use a different browser, Firefox to login in. Once I had logged in, I changed my password again and was able to go back to using it on my regular browser
