SkyMaxx clouds obscuring Billboard Lights with HDR

It seems as if the clouds are obscuring the billboard lights when HDR is turned on. I have tried different settings and only noticed this while building an airport. Below are some pics with HDR on and SkyMaxx enabled and disabled. Not sure if this can be fixed or not, but I thought you may want to know.
