Hi

While I am pressing buttons or rotating switches in a overhead panel

it annoys me that my mouse pointer keeps incidentally clicking area where

you engage the volant. Box with little cross in the middle. :-)

I can pause a game and then do what I want with buttons, knobs and switches

but it is dreadful.

What is a solution for that ?

Thanks

If you are in 3D cockpit mode, make sure you have cinema verite turned off.  Cinema verite has a tendency to make it difficult to select switches and knobs. Uncheck the cinema verite in the View menu.

Hi

Thanks for swift answer. Your solution helped with switch, knobs, buttons responsiveness,
but what I had in mind was why when I do switches etc steering is activating itself. I attached
images to describe the problem.

Is it solution for that or do I have to work around it?

Using a joystick or a yoke would be the most easy, fast and practical solution... if you don't/can't the only workaround I'm thinking of is to move the view of the VC before to use an instrument/switch/knob/whatever else in order to keep the white cross far from it, at least this is what I do when I test something on a system which hasn't my controls connected so I have to use the mouse.
