Alliance Airways new program that allows Pilots from other Virtual Airlines to transfer 50% of their hours has been a huge success says Barry Pearl Chief Flight Instructor for Alliance. Pilots with a lot of hours do not want to start all over and this gives them a chance to transfer eligible hours. Alliance Airways is the only X-Plane only Airline that has a full time Flight School where pilots can go for one on one training with a actual Flight Instructor. This has been a real changer for Alliance as pilots with little experience can come to our Flight school and start to learn the basic procedures of learning to fly.
