jonrd463
No one ever likes the sound of their own recorded voice. I can personally attest to that. But if you're concerned about your accent, you've no worries. Perfectly understandable, and the video was very well done. I have the advantage of most hard core X-Planers in knowing most of the details already, but this video should be included in all "Getting started with X-Plane" info dumps.

Ironmaiden
Hey Blacky. I need some help regarding video recording of a XPX flight. What software are you using for it ? As for me the XPX looks the best when in motion rather than the screen shots. especially low level fast flights

Ironmaiden
http://www.fraps.com/ OKie. thnx. But won't that give me a very high video size? Edited May 11, 2014 by Ironmaiden
blacky75
this will just produce a rough output, uncut, non compressed... You'll have of course yourself, afterwards, to rework and compress the whole thing... My finished video in 1900x1080 takes around 1,7Gb.... all rough materials, took me over 50Gb. The 30 seconds video came out to 350 Mb at 1600x900 and used a free video converter to .mp4 and it gave it 14.8 mb. I am going to using camstudio which is opensource.
