TheSlasher Posted December 28, 2013 Report Posted December 28, 2013 Sometimes the CRJ200 doesn't follow my flight director and it just keeps on going on the same heading. Any of you guys know a way to fix it. I don't know, it may be might fault(100% sure) Quote
cessna729 Posted December 30, 2013 Report Posted December 30, 2013 A lot more details: A Route, a saved flight plan, what phase of flight? T/O, SID, en-route, STAR or APPR? What flight modes ARMED/ACTIVE? Does it happen on all flights? one particular route/airport? What navdata you using default/Aerosoft NDP/Navigraph? what cycle/revision?Screenshots, an attached copy of your Log.txt file.cessna729. Quote
SwissCyul Posted December 30, 2013 Report Posted December 30, 2013 And also, what did you have active on your flight? Random failures? Yaw Dampers activated? 64bit or 32bit, which version of the CRJ? Quote
TheSlasher Posted December 30, 2013 Author Report Posted December 30, 2013 (edited) So when im in the air, I arm nav(I have it on fms mode) and so the aircraft takes me en-route. Everything is fine will I am en-route but then when a turn comes, the aircraft does not turn and i even tried using heading but no luck. I'll try and take a picture of it this happens very rare I had yaw dampers, had all hydraulic switches on auto(just like Japo did) Yesterday, I did a flight and none of this happened Edited December 30, 2013 by TheSlasher Quote

TheSlasher Posted December 30, 2013 Author Report Posted December 30, 2013 This never happened to me in yesterday's flight Quote
SwissCyul Posted December 30, 2013 Report Posted December 30, 2013 Wow,that is very weird… How where the weather conditions on that flight? It could be something with the wind. What other aircraft with plugins do you have installed? Did you press EXEC on the FMS? Quote

FD works perfectly but I believe it may have something to do with the weather or I forgot to do something Quote

What other aircraft with plugins do you have installed? Did you press EXEC on the FMS?FD worked to get me en-route but then after a while(only happens in some flights) the aircraft decides to stay a few inches away from the route. It still follows it but it just doesn't go on the line/route Quote
SwissCyul Posted December 30, 2013 Report Posted December 30, 2013 That is probably a problem with the AP configuration and X Plane. When you zoom out your plane is probably correctly on the line. As long as it follows the route everything is good, eh? As long as you don't want to do RNAV approaches Quote
