Stingray77
This is probably a long shot but does anyone know of software to head track on a mac using only a webcam and none of those led head sets? It uses face recognition. I know of 'Facetracknoir' but it's only on PC. Any help greatly appreciated. Liner45
http://store01.prostores.com/servlet/x-planestore/Detail?no=344 I don't own the product, but I think this is what you are looking for. EDIT- sorry I didn't realize ephendi already put a link to the same product. Edited December 19, 2013 by SloshyPage23
Mike Hotel
Just try out the TrackerXP demo. Nice after you get used to it and fiddle around a bit. On my Mac I yet have to check the performance - with TrackXP everything seemed a bit slower, but I gave it a harder test (XP 10.22, EDDM, many objects, JAR A320, etc.). It should not be a problem with lower end free- or pay-ware aircraft. PilotView is another noteworthy freeware plug-in. A couple of pay-ware aircraft already come with a similar feature. If it does work, which version is the best to purchase?I've tried TrackerXP and was not that happy with it. Also use PilotView, which I like. Thanks Edited February 9, 2014 by stayup

uglyDwarf
Hi,linuxtrack does work with TrackIR 2 to latest TrackIR 5 and also SmatrNav3 and 4 are supported. Besides that, there is a Wiimote support and Webcam working in both Freetrack-like (hat or clip with LEDs) and facetracking mode...Kind regards, Michal
