nvidia drivers

what nvidia drivers are you all on and notice any better / worse fps results with different driver versions?

 

In other sims I sometimes notice huge differences in performance from one update to the next. Often the more recent driver gives worse performance.

 

Just wondering how much of an issue this is in xpx, if it is at all. (in falcon bms for instance I would update drivers and sometimes lose 40% fps and get cluncky movement, ofc bms is a lot older programming)

I've never had performance issues using the latest drivers and games, including simulators such as X-Plane.

The issues arising might be graphical glitches or poor optimization which has nothing to do with the GPU.

Don't worry.

If you for should get an issue, you can roll back to an older driver.

I'm still on 314.22 for my GTX 680.  See little reason to go with newer drivers.

320.49 drivers on my Titan, Kills X-Plane, I get the greatest grphics there is.
