Is there a Pitch Trim Disconnect/Breaker?

Is there a way to disconnect electric trim or pull a circuit breaker to cause the electric trim to be INOP? I see a pitch trim breaker, but it doesn't seem to have any effect.

The context is I have runaway trim as a potential failure but need a way to rectify it.
