Missing functions

Hello,
The aircraft is brand new, but I'm already sorry about the money! Immediately after setting it up, the cabin heating and defrosting cannot be operated. The rudder also has no function, despite recalibrating the pedals!
I would prefer to have the machine refunded. The interior also looks cheap; I'm used to much better for the money! But the missing functions are unacceptable.
How can I fix this?

Edit: Roll and pitch are als corupt!
