Bob-W Posted January 21, 2010 Report Posted January 21, 2010 Those are some nice approaches. Do you use the puffsmoke utility? Enjoyed the eagle lodge landing in the MU-2 8) Quote
Simmo W Posted January 21, 2010 Author Report Posted January 21, 2010 Those are some nice approaches. Do you use the puffsmoke utility? Enjoyed the eagle lodge landing in the MU-2 8)Thanks Bob. Yep, I use 'reallife 09' that includes puffsmoke & clouds. Actually the 747 landing is quite rough, but I wanted to highlight physics of xp. Quote
-TheoGregory Posted January 22, 2010 Report Posted January 22, 2010 Why does the x737's wings flap?? Nice video. Good camera angles too. Quote
Zach Decou Posted January 22, 2010 Report Posted January 22, 2010 Hi Simon. I watched this on my iPhone as I am in the field (supposed to be working ), so I could just be seeing things...It looks like the puff smoke coming from the MU-2 in flight are well infront of the engines. Wierd. Haven't noticed the phenomon in my experience with the plane. Nice video! Love the shot of the MU-2 main gear compressing. The javelin looks big and heavy in slow mo. Interesting and unique way to watch it fly!Good job. Quote
Simmo W Posted January 22, 2010 Author Report Posted January 22, 2010 Thanks for ur comments on the slowmo vid zac and theo. Yes, the prevailing winds must have been strong to push the smoke fwd! I think this might be another glitch? The winds weren't that strong! The flappy winged 737 must be some bug with the slowmo replay, I've told Benedict. Very strange but funny. I enjoy exploring the limits and new ideas with this ultimate sandbox. Quote
