Bulva Posted May 25 Report Posted May 25 I have had and used IXEG737, IXEG737Plus and MU2 for a very long time. A few months ago I changed my computer and everything was OK. However, they currently cannot log in through X-Aviation. The first stage is OK (email and password), but when I try to go through the window: "Name and Authorize this Machine", I get the message: "machine ID locked". What can I do??? Three planes I paid for have become useless. X-Aviation support is silent, although I sent a request to activate my account a few days ago. Is there any other way to be able to enjoy planes again ???
