Update for X-Plane 10?

Hey Jim I have a few other things in the way currently. But there will be an rebuilt Xp10 version!

WooHoo!!!! I was flying this nearly all the time in the early version of XP10 as it was the only plane I could get decent FPS out of while testing that different sliders did
