OS Ubuntu 23.04 / X-Touch mini / Xplane 12.08 / Zibo B738x I had to set port_in =1 and port_out=2 for the encoders to work. My problem is that none of the buttons work, either in Layer A or B. cricri9be Posted December 2, 2023 Author Report Share Posted December 2, 2023 (edited) After launching X-Editor on a Windows computer, I was able to transfer the LayerA and B files to the X-Touch-mini. Reconnected to my Xp linux, it works, tested with the zibo and Toliss 319. How do people who don't have Windows, Mac or Linux, for example, go about it? VirtualCPT Posted December 2, 2023 Report Share Posted December 2, 2023 Hi, I believe the X-Touch Editor software is not available on Linux und macOS. You can use the X-Touch with the default settings, as well. Instead of Control Change messages it will send Note messages. You basically have to adjust the aircraft profiles, but otherwise it will be working fine even without the editor software. cricri9be Posted December 3, 2023 Author Report Share Posted December 3, 2023 I'm sorry, but that's not the case. Bought on Amazon. I'm lucky enough to also have a windows PC on which I had to run X-Editor to load the 2 LayerA/B.bin files. Without this action the buttons don't work, only the encoders.
