[texture] fuel tank selector quadrant is hard to read

The texture of the markings and letterings of the fuel tank selector could be a tad bit brighter. Especially the left one.

I know we can fix it through custom liveries but it should be nice to have a global solution for this.

(unless it's wanted to have a very worn selectors ?
