Custom prop via plugin vs. liveries

I'm using the Custom prop disc plugin to create prop disc (http://wiki.x-plane.com/Custom_Prop_Discs), but ran into a problem.

Assume there are two liveries: one with white propeller blades, and an other with black blades. When I switch between liveries the prop disc texture doesn't change.

Is there any solution for this or shuld I make two spearate aircraft folders for each livery - if blade color is different?
