[LOGGED 2680] CTD When using VOR1 NAV mode

Tested for a few flights now each time VOR LOC is armed (vor/dme) a CTD happens

I was on the VOR approach RWY 05 at VDSR. It happened on the previous flight too trying to arm ILS on VTLT after restarting the sim reloading the autosave and trying to arm, the NAV (VOR1 or ILS) again same result sim crashes again.

Continued to debug this issue as a test I departed out of RW29 at EBAW proceeding to NIK VOR then set CRS 270 on VOR1 (117.4 NIK) set an intercept heading of 250 degrees and maintained 4000ft. When NAV was armed HDG indicated green on the FMA and white NAV. The sim stutters briefly with and then the aircraft sharply pitched up banked right and 2-3 seconds later the sim CTD. 

Mouse and keyboard are unresponsive and x-plane crash system shows a black screen. I attached  logs for debugging
