[LOGGED 2701] CTD on ILS with Hold/Procedure Turn

Happened heading into EGPH ILS RWY 24 with the EDN entry and hold/procedure turn. Turned off early and skipped the procedure turn by using vectors to establish on the loc/gs crashed soon after reaching EDN in APPR mode.
