[FIXED v1.1r1] CTD when programming arrival into OMDB

Hi Guys

I am getting a reproducable CTD when trying to load the DATOB3C arrival into OMDB. Everytime I select it (during preflight) the CDU will hang and eventually the sim will CTD with the log as attached,
